German AOL IP Address Ranges?

OK - This is a bit on the bizarre side, but...

I'm looking to verify if an AOL IP block that is designated for use in North America is actually being used in Germany.

The block is:

172.128.0.0 ~ 172.255.255.255

Can anyone help to confirm any of this?

Or if anyone knows anyway that I can try to confirm this, please let me know. (Contacting AOL for the info is proving to be about as simple as flying to the moon, and I expect contacting ARIN or RIPE to be about the same.)

The 10, 172, and 192 blocks are private network ip addresses. Anyone can use them on any private network. At home I run two networks with 172 for wire and 192 for wireless.

EDIT: Just checked my bookmarks http://webmaster.info.aol.com - http://webmaster.info.aol.com has a network section which has info about their client ip and proxy ip set up.

They should be valid... I think the private ranges are:

 10.0.0.0        -   10.255.255.255  (10/8 prefix)
 172.16.0.0      -   172.31.255.255  (172.16/12 prefix)
 192.168.0.0     -   192.168.255.255 (192.168/16 prefix)

he said 172.128.0.0 which is a internet routeable IP and does map to AOL
