its just not work
whan somone click on Report it send him to the page and he fill the problem and whan he click on "send" the page says HTTP 500 theres a problem with the page what to do ? |

Turn off friendly HTTP error messages and see what the error is. OK a 500 error should normally give you more infotmation like a line and some detail about the problem, from the sounds of it (I havent' looked at it myself yet) it is to do with the configuration of your mail... are you using the right component / SMTP server? |

if friendly errors are off it will give you a description of the code fault. can you do a Print screen and post the capture here for us to look at. Kev |

my Explorer is HEbrew so u will not know what i write their ...
and yes i am using SMTP and its setup corectly but still dont know what to do.... |

well the point is that if you have friendly error messages off it will give the code error, even if the text is in hebrew the code will still be ASP code. Double check you have friendly errors messages set to off and then refresh the page. and failing that give me the exact link to the page that causes a problem and I will take a look. Kev |
