is ther also a dutch version of the 8.03 web wiz?

its a big differnd than the 7.9 version that whe had before.

and my englisch is not so good

There is no difference between 8.02 and 8.03 in the language files. You can use the 8.02. However I will increase the version# to be synchronised. There are however langfile_changes between 7.9 and 8.03.
Forget the 7.9 and use the 8.03 version for maximum security.
