As part of their spam protection my host only allows people to send 20 emails in any one minute. If you do more than that, the server suspends the domain for a while.

If I've got 200 users "watching" a particular forum, I need to be able to control how fast these notifications get sent. Does the email notification feature on WWF allow for such a problem?

Not at the present time, but as more hosts are starting to implement such anti-spam protection this area will need to be looked into iwhen developing new versions.
