it was called the United Kingdom because England took control of Ireland, Scotland and Wales, so all the countries were United and another Kingdom was born so United Kingdom, but because of lots of war etc, the scots(Scotland) did not want to be under English Control and rebelled, and you all know what happend in Ireland, but now every thing is fine between us so England, Scotland, Wales and Nothern Ireland Make up The United Kingdom, but we all still Independent, Cor talk about give a geography and history lesson, i cant believe some people didnt know, thats terraible!!!!!!!!! ------------- If anything takes long to do its worth doing. |
