| Is there a way to remove the image taq feature so that users cannot post images? I want to streamline these boards as much as possible to conserve bandwidth. |

if you dont allow them to upload images and they link from there site theres no bandwidth coming from your end. But removing the images such as the "post reply" or "new topic" button would require you to edit the main code itself. ------------- http://www.iportalx.net" rel="nofollow">

Actually, I'm not concerned with MY bandwidth, but how much data a user would have to download to view a thread. As a good number of the users for the site are definitly on a low-bandwidth connection, this is a pretty high concern. |

OK do a replace feature... there methods of formatting posts, where database fields come out ... you could do it there... you might need to write a script that would replace all images such as a replace <img type function ... I know its possible, just not sure how ... |
