First of all - Great little component.

I am using this compenent to edit data stored in a database.  When the edit page loads it will retrieve any data already stored in the DB and put it into the text area.

Everything works great in Internet Explorer.  The editor displays stored HTML data without a problem.

In FireFox however the content in the text box displays while the page is loading.  When the page finishes loading the content disappears.

I have tried placing the Javascript command to different spots on the page.  That hasn't seemed to help.

I double checked and re-checked the form and text area name/id.

Any other ideas?  Do you need any more info from me?

Have you tried using Firefox's built in JavaScript Console to see if there are any errors?

Well...

It does not seem to be doing it now.  The only thing I have changed since I last tested it was I altered some code in another Javascript application I have.

Although I can't find an explanation it is possible I guess that the other script was influencing it since the script ran at the very end of the page...

Thanks anyway for looking into it.

It could also be that Firefox cached the Javascript page which course the problem. A hard refresh (CTRL-F5) often clears up caching problems.
