Hi All.

I found a minor bug in the Signature part of the profiles.
If you look at my signature you will see I have a smiley. I entered it using the Forum Codes
[IMG]smileys/smiley16.gif" align="middle" [ /IMG ]
I added spaces so it wouldn't format as a smiley here.
Now when I go to edit my profile the signature is changed to
[IMG]smileys/smiley16.gif" align="middle" />
So if I save my profile without correcting the /> to [ /IMG ] the smiley doen't show up.
 It displays smileys/smiley16.gif" align="middle" /> or something like that.

Don't pick on me cause I can't spell.

I shall look into this problem, it could be the extra space you placed at the end after middle"

I copied & pasted the Forum Smiley code from the Forum Code popup.

Looks like the problem is that when I changed the image tag to XHTML with the /> on the end I missed updating the part that coverts images to forum codes to detect this change.

I shall work on a fix for this

Actually, I found the bug to be in the functions/functions_filters.asp file.

It is located in the checkHTML function at line 193 (I think)

The original line looks like this:
     strTempHTMLMessage = strTempHTMLMessage & " />"

Take the space and forwardslash out and the problems will all go away:
     strTempHTMLMessage = strTempHTMLMessage & ">"
