Hi, I'm a new italian user of the beautiful Web Wiz Forum!
First of all, excuse me if my English is not very good.....but it isn't my current language
  I opened this Topic because I've got a small web wiz forum with access database.....so I would like to know: how many registred users, topics and messages can I have maximum with this type of database?......and what could happend if my forum became bigger.... could I have loss of data?

I have had reports from people that they have the Access version with over 200,000 posts and over 15,000 users. However, Access is an office flat file and not a real database management system so with the amount of read and writes required for a forum can easily get overloaded and become corrupted. Ok, thank you very much for the answer.....!
So, if I have got a forum that has got 200 registred users and 700/800 messages in total, with the Access database I could not have any problem.....the only important thing is the number of users on-line at the same time, that it mustn't be too high, is it right?

It's very tricky to tell with Access as it is a flat file so it's like storing your data in a text file rather than a database, the problem then is that it's very easy for the data in the flat file to become corrupted. I would only every recommend using Access if you have no other choice.
