Most of the major registrars have reseller programs. ISTRC that webhostingtalk.com had a discussion about it a couple of months ago.
Your domain sales volume is usally the major factor in determining the best reseller in terms of price. Other factors are the admin interfaxw, integration with your sign-up process, etc.

I've used enom in the past but I stay away from anything to do with domain names. I give clients instructions on how to get a domain and designate me as the tech contact at godaddy and registerfly. I also help them if they get stuck, but it's up to them to renew.

I found that when I was selling domain names, I had to keep on top of who was coming up for renewal because I'd get the call if it expired. Wasn't worth the couple of bucks a domain.
