Annoying bug:

When someone QUOTES two or more posters in the same message, the new text is included inside the last post quoted (in the quote box).

Sorry about that, borg. I'll look it up.

Just in case someone finds this post after searching for a solution for this problem: the specific threads are

http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=20613 - http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=20613
http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=19796 - http://forums.webwiz.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=19796

And by the way: there's no solution for the problem.

I wish I had the time to play around with this and try to debug it, and solve it. This "feature" of IE, drives me crazy. I don't use IE, but I still have to suffer through it. LOL.

Apparently, if you edit the quotes so they won't be side by side but one over each other, it fixes the problem.

[kuote=Fulano][kuote=Ciclano] blá,blá,blá [/kuote]
sim, sim, sim[/kuote] Hey hey hey.

This way, it doesn't work. The hey hey hey part will be inside the final quote.

But if you edit this way:

[kuote=Fulano]

[kuote=Ciclano]

blá,blá,blá

[/kuote]

sim, sim, sim

[/kuote]

Hey Hey Hey

It works perfectly. Is there a way to make it be automatically like that?

The problem is with IE it sets up to many div tags which course issues, which your solution wouldn't solve.

Borg, since you know the exact issue, could you possibly post some sample resulting code so some of us could look at it and brainstorm, without having to dig to find it?
