Hi
I want to ban users from registering using email addresses with hotmail, yahoo and gmail.

I know I can do it using wildcard of *@hotmail.com etc but what I would like to know, before I actually do it, is will existing members that are already registered with hotmail addresses still be able to login afterwards or will they also be stopped?

-------------
regards
Ian

This option will only effect existing users when they come to edit their profile and are asked to enter a different email address.

What would happend if I ban e.g hotmail.com now...and I still have members who did sign'up earlier using hotmail address, will they not get an email if they have forgotten their password or a email notification...?

(I just don't wonna have more new members using Hotmail)

This only effects new members or when members update their email address
