I moved my forum version 7.9 to a new server.
I tested the forum and all worked fine, when I log in as admin and my testuser had no problem.
...Hmm
The other users have problems, they canīt upload files! Where is the error?

 UPS - as we say in danish, it was the permissions on the uploadfolder that was wrong
