I am having problems accessing ( javascript:ol%28http://www.webwiz.net%29; - http://www.webwiz.net ). I get "You are not authorzed to view this page" - Http Error: 403.2006 error. If i access your site from college then there is no problem (where i am posting this), but i try from home then i'm not allowed. I have a broadband connection at home.

This has been the case with over a week. I have no problem accessing javascript:ol%28http://www.webwiz.net/%29; - http://www.webwiz.net/ from either at home or college. I feel it may be a problem with your server. I have tried different web browsers and different settings but no luck.

I remember when I first joined WWF I could not even register!  I don't recall the exact error message but it was obviously an IP ban. Until 6 months later I was able to... apparently the IP range changed at that time.

Is it possible for your ISP to issue you a new IP address if you call them?
You could do it yourself by leaving your cable modem unplugged for at least 12 hours. After 12 hours of being off and then reconnecting, you will get a new IP.

If your IP address is detected as being that from either Vietnam, or an anonymous proxy you may be barred from the site.

The site uses GeoIP from MaxMind to make detections based on IP address as certain regions of the world course no end of problems from hackers, software pirating, and fraudulent transactions.

Sites like mySQL use this same software to also make detections of the users region based on IP addresses.
