Running 8.04 My SQL

If I close a topic, the quick reply does not work (fine) - but it seems still possible to POST REPLY. Grateful advice.

If you close a topic it is still possible for the forum admin to reply in the closed topic by clicking the Post Reply button.

This feature is not available to other users.

This feature was added as it is something I often use as the forum admin, I have closed topics which I don't want others posting in, but I do want to post in myself, like a sort of blog, this way the forum admin can still post in those topics.
