Subject: Installation problem

I download the new version 8.0.4 (MS SQL) and install on my localhost and get the following result. Previous version still work fine. I am using Window XP, IIS 5. Browser: IE and FF. Please tell me how to fix the problem.  |

This issue can happen if you try to run the forum before creating the mySQL database, as the application variables are then stored in the web servers memory will null values.
