The first step is the simplest one, upgrading your version 7.x Accesss database to version 8.x Access database. To do this just download the database upgrade tool from the download page and follow the step by step instructions on upgrading your database and forum to version 8.x
Once this is done you can then look at moving from Access to SQL Server, but this process is not as simple. There are built upsize tools built into Access as well as import/export tools in SQL Server Studio Manager. Different users have had different amounts of success with these tools, so I would do a search of the forum and see how other users have done this and what ways worked for them.
