Hi Everyone.

I recently bought a site that uses UBB classic 6.7.2. If anyone has had the misfortune of using this message board you know how awful it is.

I have used webwiz forum in the past and I always loved it. I want to use webwiz instead of UBB but I am unsure if importing or migrating from UBB is possible. I know UBB has an export ability, but I do not know if this exported file is useable in anyway by webwiz.

The message board has about 60k users, and 700k posts, so its quite large.

I have not purchased the license yet for the forum since I dont even know if I will be able to use it, but naturally I will be purchasing one if I am able to migrate from UBB.

Also if anyone has done this in the past I would be willing to pay for them to help or do the migration if it was successful (Do the owners of webwiz do this type of side projects for pay?).

Thanks in advance for any information you can help me out with on this subject.

Im in the same boat.
We are upgrading to the webwiz forums, and im looking to possibly transfer Member data, and or threads.

Any information on this would be great.
