How a combo can be created so that it display values (for instance city names) in English and other local language both values in one column? I have seen it on Google. Any idea?

Can you give some more detail? What kind of Combo, where do the languages come from?

Yes... a combo box i.e. drop down list with city names in English and local language or think drop down list of country names in English and also same name should be written in country's local language. For instance you may consider that list items can be hard coded and not fetch from database.

The page encoding is utf-8 which supports extended character sets.
