It's not that it isn't "decoded" it's just that it shows the Mnemonic value for that character.
e.g. ">" is same as ">" (gt stands for grater than) ------------- Resident immature brat... |

Yes i know. But borg encodes those on the forum. To keep bad coding getting in the WYSIWYG box, and it has to be decoded.
