Been having a few issues with the ladder system. We used to have a very simple system, with 4 or 5 groups, I've tried to change it so we now have 11 groups with the minimum posts progressing in the following manner: 0 - 50 - 100 - 250 - 500 - 1000 - 2000 - 3000 - 5000 - 7500 - 10000 There are three non-ladder groups: Starters, Moderators and Administrators. For the main, it seems to work, but certain members who ought to be in a certain group, aren't and I'm not sure why. Any ideas - am I doing something wrong? We're using version 8.04 |

The members need to post foir the system to put them in their new group, so that members who havent posted since you changed the ladders will remain in their old ladder group.

People go into a new group the next time they post. Anyone with 10K posts needs professional help  EDIT: Mikey beat me to it... again. (at least we had the same answer - lol) -------------

Thanks guys - I thought I might have made too many groups or something. Makes perfect sense as those members people noticed aren't active any more. |
