Without a valid email address you wont be able to send emails from the forum or receive email notification yourself.

i've entered the forum email, then i receive emails in this account, there are Error delivered notifications of all the users of the forum, i explain, i am receiving all the returned mail, well and now one user have write me saying that is receiving emails all the time... like me but in her account

Is the forum sending mails to everyone!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!

Emails systems are very funny.

The person recieving email notification all the time has probally subscribed to one of the forums, she should remove her self for that.

Returned emails are common. services like hotmail and yahoo and very good at returning emails sent from software on sites as they often see it as spam and so buonce the emails straight back, so try to get people to sign up with non-free email accounts.

Other emails will bounce back becuase of things like full email boxes, smtp servers being down, wrong email address, DNS lookups failing, etc.

Also check with your host that you can send emails to non local email addresses from your site.
