The database initialization script for mySQL does not include a database table type, leaving it up to whatever the default is. What should I use? MyISAM or InnoDB?

Borg, while on the subject of innodb and myisam.

The SMF forum recommends to their users to convert some of the tables to innodb while leaving the others as myisam.

To achieve best performance out of WWF it could be wise to create a list of what tables should be in innodb and etc...

You can read more about this on the http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=50217.0 - smf forum .
