Is there any way to allow avatars, but NOT present the box for people to link to external Avatars? In other words, I want to have the Avatars enabled, but only want people to choose from the existing Avatars and not use external images.

ummm yes i think u can do it ... u nneed to Edit the Register page , i am not sure wait For the Pros

delete this from register.asp:

       <tr>
