RTE toolbar is gone! same error occurs on my own site as well as at http://www.richtexteditor.org/demo/
I get the following errors:
Error: unterminated string literal

I have just checked in both those browser and they both worked without any problems.
Check you don't have some Internet security software installed on your PC such as AV, firewall, etc. which is blocking the javascript from running correctly.

That was it! Recently added on ZoneAlarm Security. Now I feel properly silly. I'll have to check on how to make it stop doing that.
