hello,

I want your help in this:

when i craete the .html file each time its opened in the browser it needs to be encoded (right click- encoding).

actually the file text is not written in english, howerver; i have changed the encoded language to the specified language i use by removing the commented code to the language in the language encoding page, but the problem still appears!!

how can i send the encoding wile opening the page so the user wont have to change the encoding each time?

please this is urgant!!
