First you need to tell us exactly what you were doing when the errors happened and then exactly what the errors are.
Then i'll do my best to help, as will others

Who hosts your site, it looks from the error that the database (or the folder the database is in) has all of a sudden been set to 'read only' it must be 'read and write' for the forum to function

Looking at the forum requires no writes to your database just reads, when logging in writes are required and you dont have permission to write

You never know what might have happened to the old database/folder it might have been tampered with or something or your host corrupted it, you never know. Thats why it's always smart to keep a backup

Ok I just emailed them and waiting for a response. I actually Am looking into different webhosts but I never actually went ahead and installed the forum or anything on the new webhost yet.  since i am currently using MS ACCESS and the new web host would be MSQL  or whatever it is. and some of the new webhosts options aren't yet availible.  the new host is 110mb.com

Not too sure about that Mikey.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't it write to the DB for Active Users?
