Hi everybody

I am creating a new website, and I wanna give similar kind of animation to my logo.
My logo is like simple square and and I wanna give 4 links to its 4 sides. It should rotate along with the mouse (like the above website or in 3D style) and links should go to the inside pages.
I already decomplied the SWF, but still struggling to apply the similar kind of effect. Even ,I consult some web developers at http://www.webdesigningcompany.net - www.webdesigningcompany.net ,  but still I look for you experts advice
Anybody is there to help?
