dog meat? I've always thought that eating dogs meat was a myth. How do you kill the dog before you eat it? Just like you do with a cow? How does it taste? Is it your favorite food?

i don't know abt dogs but i can tell you about cows and poultry.

The old method:

find some kind of blood vessel in the neck (not sure what kind it is) and make an incision. The natural blood pressure causes it gush out of this incision killing the animal slowly and painfully due to loss of blood. Blood in dietary meat is hazardous to health therefore this old method continues to serve in primitive environment and developing countries. Takes around 15-30 minutes for completely deadening the animal.

The modern slaughter house method:
Animals get their heads chopped off and their bodies sent to vacuum chamber, where reduced pressure causes blood, excess water and excrement leak out. Kind of less painful to animal and really fast like 1 min for entire process.
