So the 1998 law got taken off by a federal judge in philadelphia last week... but I'm confused as to whether it's called COPA or COPPA with 2 P's in the abreviated name, is it the same law that is mentioned in the WebWiz Forums Regstration Agreemnet?

The COPPA law was overturned and no longer is being enforced.
