Hi all

Total newbie here. I have installed the forum onto my site etc. Initially all was fine. Now when I try to log in - i can no longer see the code image. I get the message Code Image - Please contact webmaster if you have problems seeing this code image. I could see it before and I could see the one that I needed to use to register here - so I dont think it is a cookie problem.

Can anyone help please????

Also after using the forum for a short while I suddenly get an error page stating that the system resource has been exceeded. Here is the exact message:

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while reading user data from the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_getUserData()_get_member_data
File Name:- functions_login.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft JET Database Engine
System resource exceeded.

Can anyone help with this please?

Is your forum crowdy, are you using the Access database-type version of the forum? That might be causing the second error you have above.

No forum not busy - I am the only one on it at the moment!

Yes I am using the access version...

The error means that you are on an overloaded web server which has used up all it's resources for connecting to Access databases on the server shared between all users.

Looks like you host is a money grabber and just piles to many sites onto a server. Your best bet would be to look for a better web host with less packed web servers.
