I get the error message below when trying to access the forum. Any help would be great - thanks.

An error has occured while connecting to the database.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_db_connection
File Name:- common.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft VBScript runtime error
An exception occurred

Is this a new error on an old installation or an error on a new install?

The error suggests either a problem with the server or a corrupted access database.

To see if the Access database is corrupted download the database open in MS Access and select 'compact and repair database' from the tools menu before re-uploading the database.

If this doesn't fix the issue get onto your service provider as it looks like a server issue.
