Is there a way to tell how many people have 'subscribed' to an RSS feed? I'm using a post in my forum as a 'news' feed for the website, with a link to it on our homepage. I was wondering if I could tell how many people are actually subscribed to the feed or not.

You can tell how many times it get hit, but not how many subscribers, due to the fact that it is anonymous. And you can't rely on hits to determine viewers. Part of the problem lies in the fact that some online newreader websites will hit your feed once, but cache the results and show it to possibly thousands of viewers. But it is a good indication on whether people are reading your feed or not.
What is often more useful to track is how many people click the link in the feed to read the whole post, assuming you don't put the whole post in the feed.
