Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can help with this one.

If I set some default text in the textarea, then everytime the page is submitted it does so twice.

I get 2 records added to my database, one has the default content I put in the text area and one has the default content plus my modifications/typing.

Can anyone advise why this would be?

I basically want to populate the textarea with a database record (namely a Private Message when someone is replying to a PM). The record gets added to the textarea like an email client would do "Original message..."

Every reply that is posted, is duplicated. One with just the original message and one with the edited content/new message.

It's hard to explain, but I hope the above makes sense.

Can anyone help?
