In the fog with Email Component Setup.

I'm using GoDaddy as my email server provider. I also have CDONTS on my server that send computer generated emails out when necessary. In order to get the test email settings to work, am I suppose to used GoDaddy mail server, username & password? Or do I select CDONTS and localhost.

As you can see, I'm new to understanding how to work with email server.

I used CDONTS and it works now.

It turned out that my sever emails where being blocked. What a nightmare that was to figure out. The end result was that I did not have a PTR (Point To Record) setup.
