I didn't change anything in the code but since today I get this error:

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while writing to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_mySQL_save_new_post_data
File Name:- new_post.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft VBScript runtime error
An exception occurred

Anyone any ideas?

These types off error can happen if the servers ASP.DLL loaded into the applications pools memory gets corrupted.

Have you host recycle the application pool or reboot the server to clear out teh servers memory.
