When my forum is added to google index, will all the pages in it be findable in google search, i have uploaded a sitemap and also have submitted my URL to google. I know this must sound like a dumb question but i would like a definite answer.

PS. How long on average does google take to index a site after its been submitted?

This site doesn't use a Google Sitemap yet all the pages are indexed by Google and do come up in Google Searches after about a week.

How long it takes your site to be indexed depends on many things, if you simply submitted the site it could take 12 months just to do a first level scan of your first level pages, but if you can get links from popular sites Google should find your site much quicker by following links from those sites.

I have a few links on this site to my site http://www.gamer-park.com - www.gamer-park.com , will this speed up the rate at which google finds my site ( http://www.gamer-park.com - www.gamer-park.com ).

Linking to your own site won't work, but if you find a site with a good Google PR rating then it will help. Also placing the link in this forum will help (like you have done) as this site has a Google PR rating of 8 and is crawled daily by Google.

Probably not, if a site is picked up by Google and indexed I usually find that they do not update their index till around the end of the month. I would wait till the end of next month and keep your fingers crossed.

How do they decide the PR (Page Rank) of a site?

Does the PR affect how often the site is indexed?

Te PR ranking is a secret only Google know, but it is beleive things like the more links you have from relevant and good sites will increases your PR rating. Also having a good SEO friendly site, and not trying under hand tricks to get your site listed better.
