Hi - Asking for help Please.
I have installed the IIS on my vista system .
I get the localhost page to load (iisstart.htm).

My problem is that I cannot get any ASP pages to preview in IE.

Please do "teach me to suck eggs" as I am not a developer or anything grand - Just a web builder using Dreamweaver. I might add that everything worked and previewed correctly in XP Pro

REgards to all

From what I here ASP is disabled by default in IIS7, you need to dig around in IIS7 to find where to enable ASP.

Thanks for that - you are quite right
....
This is what I discovered
........
Once IIS 7.0 is installed...
Classic ASP support is not turned as default. Go to Windows Features > Web Wide Web Services > Application Development Features > 'ASP' checkbox.
