2 questions...

1. where is the feature to require a guest to confirm their registration via email.

2. also is there a feature where after they register i, as an admin need to approve them as a new member before they are allowed to post in the forum? the reason is because i want to start charging for membership to my forum and i need to make sure they pay thru paypal then i can approve them as a new member to the forum.

Both theses options are found under the email configuration page in the admin area
