I have a Web Wiz 8.04 forum.

But I always take an error message (ASP 0113 Error) about server scripttimeout in "forum_posts.asp" file.
The default value of server script timeout is 90 seconds. I changed this value. Server.ScriptTimeout = 360

But I still take ASP 0113 Error message.

Any idea of what is causing this?

The file should take less than 0.01 seconds to run and never even get near 90 seconds let alone 360

If the page is taking this long to precess it suggests a network or server issue.

You have not mentioned many details such as version, database type, etc. so it's a bit hard to tell were the issue might be from your post.
