On the download page there is a 7.x to 8.x upgrade tool.

Use this tool to upgrade your 7.x database to an 8.x database.

Where can this tool be found? I'm halfway into a conversion, and seem to have misplaced the original tool download.

Version 8 is no-longer available and support will soon be dropped for it.

You should upgrade to version 9, the latest version, and there is a tool in the web wiz forums download zip file to make the conversion from 7.x to 9, or 8.x to 9

Alright, but I've got some custom stuff going on. How much different is the v8 and v9 database? I had wanted to finish my v8 upgrade, as I know it works fine so far.

I don't know why the older downloads are removed so fast. Leave them up for legacy folks, at least for a while (few months). Everybody else does that, even if it's for no more reason than to compare code from "clean" installs.

I'll definitely upgrade to v9, just not right away. The v8 worked fine, and it'll suffice for another month or two, until I can take adequate time to redo everything (hoping the custom stuff still works).
