When trying to set the permission for the Guests account, I unclick the other options, leaving only the access check-marked, so guests are not able to post, just read..
When I click Update, the checkmarks come back!!
New post / Post Reply / Edit Post / Delete posts

I have checked the individual settings and group settings. Only the Individual settings show me where I can modify the Guests permissions..

Any idea why I cannot change these settings?

Note: I just installed the forum (+mysql) and changed the admin login + pw + profile...

Let me know Confused

This is an odd error and sounds like you may have a corrupted file. Try reuploading the files again and see if that solves the problem.

I have tried to re-upload again. I even downloaded the forum again and uploaded it to my server, but i'm afraid it gives me the same result Cry
Also tried adding a member and changinf their permissions... Same result, so it seems for all members I have this issue.

There is no reason why you would get this error, and such an issue would have certainly been reported sometime ago as 1000's of people use the mySQL version.

The only thing left to try it reinstalling the software and database again and see if that sorts out the problem.
