How and where does one change or add to the "I agree to" sort of page when a new person signs on to be a forum member?

We have some additional "rules" and would like to be sure when folks sign up, they are at least shown these rules.

The gang is loving this forum, and we're very please with what we got for the registration. It's well worth it to support a forum that's so different from the rest.
