I put the 2 files into c:\temp and renamed them as required. When I go to run the migration tool and select Transfer Data the screen that shows the summary of what has migrated gives me "File Not Found" for all of the old & new tables.

Make sure the files are in the correct folder and are named correctly, also compact and repair the databases in access before and after.

I double checked all of that before making the post. Everything is named as it should be and in the correct location.

Ok - I figured it out. I incorrectly added the .mdb extension onto the file names .....my fault, thank you for the help

Did you put the migration tool itself also in the c:\temp directory

Yes I have tried it both ways with the tool in the temp folder and with it stored in another location.

On the Credits Screen the workgroup location is pointing to c:\..\micros~1\office\system.mdw I wonder if this is an issue

Well I wouldn't know, but I've got that file in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office directory. And haven't had any problems with the migration tool. So if you've installed office diffently it might be an issue.

Don't forget to do a resync in the admin-menu after the conversion, otherwise you will see all zeros in topic and reply list.
