I know this topic has been addressed nicely before, but for the life of me, I can't seem to find the post!  Cry

What things can I do to improve the security of my WWF v8?  I'm not ready to move up to v9 yet.

I recall seeing a very thorough post on the subject, but spent an hour looking for it & can't find it!  If anyone recalls this post, please link to me.

Thanks in advance!  Sorry to be redundant...

1. If you use Access place the database in a protected directory
2. Make sure your passwords are alpha numeric
3. Have only one admin account
4. Only have write permissions on your public folder for the upload directory, all other folders and files should be read only
5. Do not have web extensions like PHP, ASP.NET, etc. enabled unless you require them
6. Make sure your server is securely locked down, but you should consalt an IIS web site on that

Thats about it, if you follow that lot you'll be pretty safe.
