(I searched for this subject but couldn't find) some of users CAN see the dropdown list for paging, both v9.0 and v9.02
is it related to forum software or our IIS (etc) ?

You don't have this option if you are an IE 5 or 6 user, as it courses issues in those browsers due to a bug in those versions of IE.
