Subject: BBCodes not being processed correctly...

I'm experiencing an issue where the BBcodes aren't being processed correctly.

This is what shows up in my messages:

P>This is a test.... STRONG>1... /STRONG> EM>2... /EM> U>3... /U> 4... /FONT> - /P> - www.imdb.com /A> /P>

Does anyone have an idea what's going on?  I'm assuming a file has gotten corrupted somewhere.  Does anyone know which one?

Thanks!

If you think it's a corrupted file then it's best to re-upload all files...

I'm going to have to re-download the package (v9.02), because re-installed and it still does it.  My only guess is either my 9.02 download is corrupted, or it's a bug in 9.02.

This is nothing to do with BBcodes.

This issue is coursed by the character encoding you are using which alters < tags to an ASCII character about 150.

This issue should be fixed for the next release as it is being worked on at the present time and do believe we have made quite some headway with this.

Borg,

Do you have any recommendations on the proper encoding that should be used?

By default the forum is set to use utf-8

I have my encoding set at UTF-8, but it isn't making a difference.  What else can I look at?  Could it be a caching issue?

Borg,

Does the 9.03 release include the fixes you were mentioning above concerning the page encoding issue?  If not, will this be included in a future release?
