It seems that one can only upload about 10 megabytes of file. How and where do i change this limit. It can`t be done from the admin pages.

Microsoft have built in a 2MB limit into IIS so you can not upload a file larger than this.

The reason for this is HTTP is not a good way to upload files, if you want to upload larger files you should look at other alternatives like setting up FTP for your users to upload large files.
