I can not get the members permissions to change. I can choose all the items that I want a Mod to do and when I click the button to update it returns to the same settings. It doesn't give any error at all.

I am logged in as admin when I try this. I am also using Ver 9.3

never mind I didn't see the list of permissions of the member have below the editor part. this post can be deleted.
