Is there an easy way (assuming that it is even possible) to migrate messages from PHPBB to WebWiz?

I have an existing forums which are now read only, but I need to try and migrate the existing messagesover to the new WebWiz forums as a group of read Only messages.
 
Any ideas?

the systems work on different methods and database structures.
